II’ve been the UX Lead for this project that involved 3 products: infinity POC, Analytics and Edge. The development team was located in India, and the sprints followed the Agile methodology. The project lasted more than 2 years, as they were all ‘online’ products. The main goal was to find opportunities to increase sales and loyalty from customers all over the world.
